Encouraging yourself to come along to a class is hard enough without the added factor of a space that feels unwelcoming. At MIND, we have worked hard to create an environment that feels like home. With plenty of natural light, high quality equipment and added touches to elevate the studio space. We are happy to offer a a communal changing room with complimentary toiletries and sanitary products as well as gender neutral toilet facilities.
Community and Inclusivity
At MIND, we are dedicated to creating a space where every person feels welcome to come along and take part in a class. Creating an environment that champions community helps to remove stigma and apprehension from yoga and fitness by providing a sense of familiarity and togetherness. We aim to achieve this through consistency with our teachers, and by hosting regular weekly community events and activities.
Affordability and Accessibility
In London, one fitness class can cost as much as £20. At MIND, we are dedicated to ensuring that yoga is as affordable and accessible as possible by fixing our drop-in price at £14. If you purchase a membership with us, each class can cost as little as £4 the more you attend.
