Terms & Conditions

When you book a class with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of the service we provide. This is to ensure that we can continue to bring high quality studio classes to our clients, without compromising the standards of our teachers or facilities. We thank you for respecting these conditions and for supporting our small business.

Class Bookings and Membership

When you book a one-off class, purchase a class-pack, or create a membership with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read through these carefully to ensure you understand the implications of using our service.

  • You must be 18 or over to attend one of our classes, with the exclusion of 'Kids Yoga' and 'Teen Yoga'.

  • 'Kids Yoga' classes should be booked by a responsible adult and the appropriate consent form must be signed upon purchase.

  • When you purchase a class, you must have the bill payer's permission to do so.

  • Following a successful payment for your membership, class-pack or drop-in pass, you can book onto any of our studio classes.

  • Medical forms and injuries: When attending a class with us, the medical field on our sign-up form must be filled out to inform our team of any injuries or underlying health conditions that may affect your practice. Please note that this is solely for your teacher's knowledge, so they are able to better support you during our classes. This does not absolve you of any responsibility regarding your health, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained in one of our classes or in our studio, except when as a result of our proven negligence. It is the responsibility of every client to attend class at their own risk, and only when advised by a medical professional that they are safe to do so.

  • Membership payment and terms: Payments for a monthly membership will be taken monthly on the anniversary of your sign up via standing order. Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the next payment. If you purchased a yearly membership, this is a pre-paid order, and you must manually re-purchase if you wish to roll over another year. Yearly members can book onto unlimited studio classes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, and you are not required to stay for any minimum time period. If you wish to cancel your membership at any time - you can still book classes up until the end of your monthly period. If you have not requested to cancel before the next payment date; membership payments will be non-refundable . This is to ensure the stability of our studio, and provide a fair and consistent wage for our teachers.

  • How to cancel: Should the day ever come that you wish to cancel a monthly membership, you can do so via our website. If you require assistance with this, please let us know via our email: hello@mindyp.co.uk

  • 5 and 10 class packs: '5 class packs' are valid for 8 weeks from the purchase date, and are non-refundable. Any classes still on your pass after the 8 weeks will not be reimbursed and cannot be used to book future classes.'10 class packs' are valid for 12 weeks from the purchase date. Any classes still on your pass after 12 weeks will not be reimbursed and cannot be used to book future classes.

  • We reserve the right to amend our timetable at any time to cater to the demand of our members.

  • We reserve the right to amend our opening times accordingly on public holidays, in light of seasonal demand, or if our building must undergo any repairs/maintenance.

Class Cancellations

  • Monthly or yearly members: We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your space in a class, this must be done at least 12 hours before the class begins. Any class cancellations after this deadline will result in a £5 cancellation charge. No Shows will be treated as a late cancel, also resulting in a £5 charge.

  • 5 or 10 Class Packs: If you have booked a class using a class pack, we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled before this point will result in your credit being added back to your account to use again. After the 12 hour deadline, your credit will not be reinstated.

  • One-off class bookings are non-refundable. If however you wish to move your reservation to an alternative class before the 12 hour cut off, please email hello@mindyp.co.uk and we can action this for you.

Promotions and Offers

  • Our introductory membership offer is available all year round which entitles you to one month of unlimited classes for £35. This is to be used once per customer, and repeat use of this offer will result in your account being deleted and class admittance being revoked.

  • Monthly members are entitled to use our 'refer a friend' scheme. Each time you refer a friend that signs up for a monthly or yearly membership, your next monthly membership payment will be half price. You can refer as many friends as you like, which will result in as many half price months as successful referrals. If you wish to refer a friend, please email hello@mindyp.co.uk with the name and email address of the friend that wishes to join us, and CC them into the email. From here we will manually add your 50% discount to your account.

  • Seasonal offers will run for various time periods throughout the year. Each offer will have their own set of terms which must be read carefully when purchasing.

Studio Etiquette and Lateness

  • Lateness Policy: Clients will not be admitted after 5 minutes into a class, even if the class is not full. This is out of respect for your teacher and fellow students to practice free of disturbances. After 5 minutes the studio door is locked and you may not be able to gain access.

  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings when inside the building. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost when attending a class. Please note that the studio door will be locked once class begins, and no further admittance will be granted to the changing areas.

  • If you have used our equipment during a class, please ensure that you sanitise it with the cleaning products provided. This ensures the safety of our clients and helps to ensure that our space remains clean and welcoming.

  • Any anti-social behaviour or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated in our studio. If you are abusive to a member of our staff, a fellow client or to our property in any way, you will be asked to leave the premises. Customers asked to leave the studio before the end of a class will not be refunded.

*We reserve the right to change these Terms and Condition at any point, in which case all of our members will be notified via email.*

We have created these terms with the very best interest of our community and staff in mind, and hope very much that you enjoy your experience. If you have any further questions, please email: hello@mindyp.co.uk
